It's been quiet around here lately, huh?
Why?
Just relaxing. Now I gotta stand up and get back to work. So busy stuff are happening.
1. Blog is getting a new look. I do like the simplicity of my current layout, but it's lame. And boring. So it's going to look pretty very soon.
2. Speaking of blogs, I'm working on the designs of my friend's blog, Madi. I'll link that up soon.
3. For those who have kept eye on my personal website sorry that it looks jacked up. Here's the story:
For the final project for my Web Developing class we had to make a whole "new website". As I was finishing up my final project for Friday (the last day of classes) my Filezilla exploded on me. Filezilla is what transfers my files from my computer to the World Wide Web. So it mixed up my website's CSS and my final's. The final's pages have code on my Netbeans (where I make the codes) but it won't show up on the website. I pulled an all-nighter just trying to figure out WHAT THE FREAK IS WRONG!! So I come to class, ready to hear the worse of it (a fail on a huge grade in class). I sit in the back row with my buddies and show them my problem.

"Huh. That's strange. I have no clue what's wrong."
My teacher is a weird grader. He has the peer graders as apart of my final grade for the final project. So my buddies were my peer graders. They knew my circumstance. Saw the code and did confirm I did do the work, it just doesn't show. The three of them basically gave me 100% (kind people right there). After class I showed him my issue and even he was stumped for a little before telling me my problem but he took a couple of minutes to figure it out. All is good. He understood my circumstance so my final had it's proper grade.
Sorry that was a really long story of how one of my finals went. But there it is. It explains why my website is messed up. My final got all mixed up in my business. I just have to fix it.
4. My family has taken up a lot of my time just relaxing. Teaching Chase new games and stuff. It's been fun!
5. The piano is picking up, especially now that I have my sister here to help me. I took a break the last few weeks of school to focus on grades and give Madi (my room roommate) a rest. I know she's secretly laughing at me behind my back with my hand-sketch of piano keyboard and sticky notes of music notes on my wall to better my sight-reading. Pictures:
(Ducktape is to poor college student as peanut butter is to jam. And no, there was no other means of tape in the apartment. I think it gives my wall more personality)
6. I'm already missing Rexburg. How sad is that? Boise has so much to offer. I think it's better to be worded as "I miss my friends back at Rexburg"
7. So I know I have "Rambling Tuesdays" which I'm already thinking of discontinuing (only because once I post them I already want to get rid of it because they are always so long. Who wants to read a novel when visiting my blog? Not meeeeee). But instead maybe once a week having a "seven things" post where I just put up seven random things that make me happy or that have happened. I don't know. Just throwing out some ideas.
Enjoy your summer,
If you're taping those on the bedroom wall again, ask me for some actual tape. I even have decorative washi tape, okay? We're not living in the ghetto with duct tape this semester ;)
